Susana focuses her practice on finance, restructurings, project finance and structured finance.

Susana has experience advising national and international clients across diverse industries and sectors, including shareholders, investment funds, public and private companies, and private equity firms, on a variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, financing, restructuring, venture capital and private equity.

Susana is involved in the review, analysis and drafting of documents in all stages of transaction in connection with global transactions, representing domestic and foreign buyers and sellers, lenders and borrowers, among others.
