Svetlin Adrianov is a Partner and Law Leader for EY Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo. He has 24 years of experience as a lawyer, practicing in the fields of Corporate law, Commercial Law, M&A, Anti-trust & Competition, Consumer Protection, IP, and Dispute Resolution. He has joined EY in 2018.

Svetlin’s main focus is on Competition Law (including anti-trust, prohibited agreements, unfair competition, abuse of economic dependence, and merger control), M&A, and Corporate law. Prior to joining EY, he has been an attorney-at-law and partner in one of the first and biggest Bulgarian full-service law firms, heading the Competition and Dispute Resolution Practice Groups.  

Svetlin has worked with some of the biggest companies on the Bulgarian market on Competition & Antitrust, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate & Commercial law, and a lot more topics. He has also skillfully performed trainings for the management and staff of a few companies on competition law.

Svetlin holds a master’s degree in Law from Sofia University "St. Climent Ochridsky". Svetlin also holds a position as Chair of the Compliance Committee at the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry Commerce (DBIHK). He is a registered Bulgarian Industrial Property, European Trade Mark and Design Attorney, and a Registered mediator with the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice.
