He conducted post-graduate studies on Renewable Energies at Universidad Di Tella and Energy and Hydrocarbons at the Universidad Católica Argentina. He also holds a Master Degree in Corporate and Commercial Law at Queen Mary University of London, UK.

Recognized as "rising star" in Energy and Natural Resources: Mining, by Legal 500 in 2021.  Tomás also worked as a foreign associate at Baker Mckenzie Law Firm in London UK on energy, mining and oil and gas matters in 2023.

His practice is focused on advising and executing M&A transactions and corporate and commercial matters on the energy, mining and oil and gas industry in Argentina. He also provides advice on regulatory matters related to the industry.
