Alessandri

Trinidad is an associate in Alessandri’s Compliance Area. She studied at Universidad de los Andes. She has a diploma in Personal Data Protection from the University of Chile (2022) and is currently completing another diploma in Compliance and Corporate Governance at Universidad Católica (2024).

As an associate of the Compliance Areas, represent clients in areas of prevention, personal protection, and cybersecurity. Provides advice on the evaluation of legal risks, performance of due diligence, as well as the design, adjustment, and implementation of risk prevention models.

She has supported the updating of Crime Prevention Models of Multinationals, in different areas such as retail, real estate, mining, renewable energy, technology and communications, Investment Fund Administrators, fuel distributors, among others.
