Trinidad Puga is experienced in the design and implementation of competition compliance programs, internal and external investigations, litigation and merger control procedures before the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office and the Tribunal for the Defense of Competition.

Trinidad advises on competition matters in day-to-day business, with a focus on potential abuses of a dominant position in commercial practices and policies. She has assisted in collaboration between competitors and exclusivity agreements, among others.

Her work includes matters in the technology and media, consumer products, retail and pharmacy industries, among others.
