Vicente Vergara concentrates his practice in Finance, with experience representing borrowers and lenders in local and cross-border financing transactions. His practice encompasses the full range of financing alternatives, including project, syndicated, and single-lender lines of credit, high-yield debt, and private placements of debt. In addition, Vicente regularly advises developers on the acquisition, financing, and refinancing of renewable energy plants.

In his corporate practice, Vicente has represented numerous clients in corporate matters, civil and commercial contracts, private equity, financial restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions.
