Víctor R. Pérez joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in October 2016, based in the Monterrey Office. He has focused his professional practice mainly on tax and administrative litigation, as well as tax advice, advising various multinational companies and family offices. He has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, served as Director of Procedures of the Tax Office of the Federation of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, and as Corporate Legal Counsel in the International Legal Department of CEMEX.

Master in Law (LL.M.) from State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNNY).
Specialty in Private Equity from IPADE Business School.
Participated in various courses in international tax law of the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation in the Netherlands (IBFD).

He has taught the subject of tax law in the Master’s Degree in Business Law at the Faculty of Law of Monterrey and the subject of Tax Procedural Law at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León (UANL).
