Victor specializes in the areas of corporate criminal law, economic criminal law, military-police criminal law and compliance, with solid knowledge and experience in criminal proceedings in organized crime and corruption of officials (white collar crime), having served as an assistant prosecutor in the Special Team of the Supraprovincial Prosecutor’s Office against Organized Crime. His professional practice ranges from the analysis of the criminal fact to the elaboration of the strategy and design of the theory of the case.
