Victorino Márquez has extensive experience advising clients on labor matters, as well as public affairs, and is recognized as a leading expert on labor matters in Venezuela.
Before joining D’Empaire in 2012, Victorino worked as a founding partner at Bolinaga Levy Márquez & Canova from 1998 to 2012.
Victorino studied Law at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, Caracas (Cum laude, 1991) and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Harvard University (1994).
He has taught Labor Law at the Andrés Bello Catholic University and at the Instituto de Estudios Superiores Administración (IESA).
