William Kirton focuses his practice on antitrust and competition law, private equity transactions, and regulatory matters. He represents investment firms and mature and emerging growth companies involved in corporate transactions and complex antitrust law matters, including US and cross-border merger control investigations before the Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and international regulators, as well as providing strategic advice and counsel regarding merger control and antitrust conduct matters.

William has experience representing clients across a range of industries, including software and technology, life sciences, healthcare, fintech, consumer goods, and manufacturing and is skilled at helping guide clients through a variety of transactions and collaborations involving antitrust challenges.

William has an active pro bono practice representing clients facing immigration law matters, tenancy issues, and those forming and starting small businesses.
