Ximena is the leading partner of EY Law for Latin America. She joined EY in 2002, after working at another international consulting firm.

She has over 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, international changes and investments, and corporate taxes for both national and international clients.

Her main focus lies in the planning and implementation of local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as other corporate reorganization operations. She also specializes in structuring and executing commercial contracts, joint ventures, and various forms of partnerships. Additionally, she is involved in the planning and execution of in-bound and out-bound investment projects.
