Experience

Yi provides advice on recurring tax matters, relating to direct and indirect taxes, to companies and their partners, both residents and non-residents.

Yi has extensive experience advising on restructuring operations and acquisitions of companies in the real estate and energy sectors in all their phases (design and implementation of tax structures, DD, negotiation, tax model, etc.)

Likewise, Yi has extensive experience in advising on incentives for R+D+i activities.

In the same way, Yi advises its clients in procedures of various kinds before the Tax Administration, and before the Courts of Justice in all their instances.
