Yi joined Pérez-Llorca in 2013.

Yi advises national and international companies and their shareholders on recurrent direct and indirect tax matters.

Yi has extensive experience advising clients on all phases of restructuring and acquisition transactions for businesses in the real estate and energy sectors (design and implementation of tax structures, due diligence, negotiation, tax modelling, etc.).

Furthermore, Yi has considerable experience providing advice related to incentives for R&D&I activities.

He advises clients on various types of proceedings before the Tax Authorities and on administrative proceedings before the Courts of all instances.
