He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on May 2.

He studied Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and graduated as a Lawyer in 1988.

He is the founder and managing Partner of Abdala & Cia.

His area of expertise is focused upon the business environment, corporate governance, directories and public and private tenders. Within the last years, he served as a lawyer for the public tender of Canal de Chacao and the Casino of Ovalle, both granted in favor of his clients. He leads the commercial and corporate governance areas of Abdala & Cia. He also actively participates in planning, strategy and in the development of high complexity judiciary affairs.

Ricardo stands out for his vast trajectory and experience providing assessment for foreigner investors and in the start up of foreign companies, participating in their creation, development and consolidation. He has extensive experience in the legal world related to business and their risks, and the increase and safeguard of the estate.

He is director, advisor, legal representative, legal sponsor and consultant. He holds the title of Compliance Officer through which he develops crime prevention models for a wide range of business areas, ensuring its proper implementation.
