Joaquín Giráldez

He has more than 20 years of experience in multinational corporate environments, advising in the field of crossborder transactions, project finance and regulatory compliance, amongst other subjects.
Prior to BROSETA, he developed his professional career at Rousaud Costas Duran, as a Senior Associate (2014-2016), as well as at Occimetex Capital Partners (2012-2014) and Occidental Hotels & Resorts (2008-2012) as General Counsel, and in other Law firms such as J & A Garrigues (1993-1998) and CMA (1992-1993).
EDUCATION
- Degree in Law from the University of Navarra (1992), with a specialisation in Corporate Law. Member of the Bar Association of Madrid.
