Juan Carlos has more than 22 years of experience. In family litigation, he has represented a wide range of clients in diverse matters ranging from divorce, visitation, alimony, loss of parental rights, custody, visitation and cohabitation, interdiction, to more complex matters such as international child restitution.

In civil and commercial matters, he advises both national and international clients in matters related to conflicts between shareholders, minority rights, corporate governance, credit and financial transactions and contractual issues in general, with extensive experience in conflicts related to real estate, real estate leasing, moral damages, inheritance proceedings and amparo.

Juan Carlos, throughout his career, has assumed the representation of pro-bono matters, so he is also an active member of this group of lawyers who work in the service of the community.
