Olga has experience in Tax Law. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Guatemalan Institute of Tax Law and Member of the Commission that developed the Quality Model, Organization for Total Quality Culture.

It has been recognized with Honor of Merit for the publication of the Thesis "The Tax Principles in the Guatemalan Legislation".
