Oscar Samour

Oscar is an associate at Consortium Legal - El Salvador. He has an extensive experience in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and conflict resolution and transactions with multiple jurisdictions. He has recently participated as a leading lawyer in the granting of financing by Credit Suisse to Imperia Intercontinental INC for the acquisition of Citibank shares in El Salvador.
He has a great international experience, having worked as an International Associate at King & Spalding LLP in Washington, DC. In addition, he led the acquisition of AIG’s operations in El Salvador by Panamanian insurance company ASSA and the sale of Finca Microfinanzas El Salvador to Optima Servicios Financieros.
