Patricia Solórzano

Patricia is a partner at Consortium Legal - Honduras. With 10 years of experience practicing Law. She is specialized in tax and administrative law, corporate law, petroleum law, and banking and finance laws.

During her career, she has been a tax and legal consultant at PwC in Honduras and the legal advisor of the Ambassador of South Korea. As a member of Consortium Legal, she has been an in-house Counsel for Citi Group in Honduras; she has participated in the acquisition of Lafarge Cementos by Cementos Argos, and in the acquisition of Clariant Honduras by Archroma. She has also been the legal counsel for BG Group in the oil explorations in the maritime zone of the Republic of Honduras.
