I joined Crane & Staples as a Conveyancing Assistant in June 2021.
My role as a conveyancing assistant involves making initial contact with new clients, sending fee estimates, setting up new files and conducting anti-money laundering checks. From the commencement of the transaction and throughout I liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors. To support fee earners, I also assist with requesting searchers and updating LMS and Lender Exchange.
I enjoy working at Crane & Staples because of the knowledge and skills my role has allowed me to develop, aiding my studies and legal career.
Residential Property Disputes
I recently graduated from Queen Mary University of London and plan to study the LLM Legal Practice Course in September 2022.
