Fernando Vaquero has been a member of Marval O’Farrell Mairal since 2000 and works in the Tax Department of the firm. He was made partner in 2015.
He has experience in tax counseling, advising banks and local and foreign companies in the design, planning and organization of tax-efficient financial transactions, international taxation; he also has experience advising on litigation in tax issues.
Before joining the firm he worked for Arthur Andersen (Pistrelli, Diaz & Asociados) in their Business Process and Risk Consulting Department from 1999 - 2000 and in the Ministry of Economy from 1996 - 1999.
Tax
A lawyer and certified public accountant, Fernando graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 1999 and 2001 respectively.
He is a member of the Argentine Fiscal Association and the International Fiscal Association.
Fernando is the author of a number of books and articles on taxation. He has participated in numerous conferences and lectures on taxation
