Founding Senior Partner at Headrick since 1985. His professional practice is centered around the areas of banking, institutional finances, mergers and acquisitions, insurance law, corporate law, and foreign investment. Previous to his career at Headrick, Roberto served as inhouse council at the Dominican Republic branch of Citibank.

His professional practice has been recognized and ranked in Band 1 by Chambers Global 2019 and Chambers Latin America 2020 in Corporate/Commercial. He is recommended by Latin Lawyer 250 2019.He was Professor of Secured Transactions and Contractual Law at Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU) from 1980-1986.
