Partner at Headrick since 2017. Admitted to the professional practice in 1999. Her exercise is focused on business matters, including, civil and commercial law, real estate law, financial and regulatory matters. She has extensive experience on mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and project development, financings, distribution agreements and franchises, foreign investment and free trade zones. She has actively collaborated with the review of drafts of laws and regulations.
