Ignacio Torino joined the firm on June 1998 and currently holds the position of Senior Expert Associate in the Banking department. He actively participates in real estate operations, especially related to real estate acquisitions, financing and development. In particular, he is an expert in the standards of border security areas, rural lands, and real estate complexes. His professional practice also focuses on commercial and financial operations, local and international, including mergers and acquisitions, bilateral loans and unions and structuring of trusts.

Banking and Finance

He graduated as a lawyer from the Universdad de Buenos Aires in 1994. In 1998 he took a Master’s in International Law at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, USA.

He is an associate professor at the Universidad Católica de Argentina in the field of real rights, and the author of several articles on topics related to his area of expertise.
