María Victoria Rodríguez Mamberti joined Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal in 2012 and is currently an associate in the Maritime & Air Law and Insurance & Reinsurance practice groups.

She provides legal counsel in claims related to aviation and maritime insurance and reinsurance including collisions, arrests and salvage operations. She also advises clients on sale, purchase and charter contracts involving ships and aircrafts, as well as on aviation and navigation regulatory frameworks.

In 2017 she was seconded for six months to the London office of DLA Piper, where she gained hands-on experience in aviation matters involving airlines, manufacturers and their insurers and reinsurers. During her secondment Victoria was actively involved in domestic and transnational cases dealing with regulatory issues and commercial, insurance and consumer disputes.

Victoria graduated in Law from the Universidad Católica Argentina.She is currently undertaking the Aviation, Airports and Space LL.M. program at INDAE (Instituto Nacional de Derecho Aeronautico Y Espacial) in Buenos Aires.
