Constanza Vergara joined Pérez-Llorca in 1997 as a lawyer for M&A, which she practiced for 8 years. She was made Partner at Pérez-Llorca in 2009.
Constanza is currently in charge of Human Resources, Communication and Business Development & Marketing of the Firm among other responsibilities.
She has participated as a speaker at a number of conferences and teaches in institutions/universities, such as the International Bar Association (IBA), the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE), the Universidad de Navarra and the Instituto de Empresa (IE).
