Victoria Rodríguez Goyena joined Marval in 2022 and is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Department. Her professional practice focuses on counseling and litigation of civil and commercial law matters, both in the judicial and arbitration fields, as counsel and secretary of arbitral tribunals. Her professional experience covers matters of the oil & gas industry, construction, sports, investment arbitration, public-law related disputes, and general contractual affairs.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked at other leading law firms, including law firms in Switzerland and France, as well as at the Argentine Ministry of Economy.

Victoria is an assistant professor of Dispute Resolution at the Universidad Católica Argentina, holds a Master’s in Business Law from the Universidad de San Andrés, and an LLM in International Dispute Settlement from the University of Geneva/ Graduate Institute of Geneva.
She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association. As of 2023, Victoria is also completing a degree in sports law at Universidad Austral.
