Headrick Rizik Alvarez & Fernández was founded in 1985 by a group of four experienced attorney in a wide range of practice areas and with a vision of creating a law firm meeting the highest international standards.  The Firm currently has twelve partners, making it one of the largest law firms in the country, as well as a good number of paralegals and other highly qualified administrative personnel that strive to provide clients with exceptional and timely service.   The firm was recently selected as the "Dominican Republic Law Firm of the Year" by Chambers & Partners in  2018, 2016, and 2014, and as the "Dominican Republic Law Firm of the Year" by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) in 2015 and in 2016, in addition to numerous other distinctions that the firm and its partners and staff have received during the course of our practice. On September 11, 2019 Headrick was selected as "Law firm of the Year" in the first awards for attorneys, by the Revista Mercado, the leading magazine in the industry.
