Our credentials: We have many years’ experience of advising UK and overseas clients in the life-science sector, including biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, R&D service providers, universities, hospitals and charities. Our team is led by Mark Anderson, who is former Chairman of the IP Law Committee of the Law Society of England & Wales, a director of BioLaw Europe FmbA, and former Secretary of the IP Committee of the UK BioIndustry Association.

Our services: The core of our work is drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial agreements, particularly those where IP issues are important, including R&D collaborations, clinical trial agreements, IP assignment and licensing, technical services agreements, and contracts for the promotion, marketing, sale and distribution of technical products and services.
