Anthony Gold

Headed by Jon Nicholson, the Clinical Negligence team at Anthony Gold is one of the most highly recognised and notable teams in the sector. There are two Partners on the AvMA specialist clinical negligence panel. 

Four partners are members of the Law Society Clinical Negligence panel. 

The team is known for its particular expertise in claims involving cerebral palsy and brain, spinal cord, orthopaedic and psychiatric injuries. Partner Jenny Kennedy is a former psychiatric nurse and Partner Ali Malsher is a former nurse. 

Partner Jock Mackenzie is a dual qualified doctor and solicitor. Much of his work focuses on cases involving brain injury (adults and children), neurological, neurosurgical and spinal injuries, and sepsis.
