Le Gros Solicitors was set up in the summer of 2011. Our intention is to assist our clients by applying a dynamic and commercial approach to all aspects of commercial property law. Using these principles, we hope to develop long-term relationships with our clients, working closely with them to understand their business and legal needs. Based in Cardiff, our flexible approach allows us to provide our services to clients in all parts of England and Wales. Whilst we generally charge by reference to time spent, we often agree fixed fees for specific work, recognising that transparency of fee structures can allow us both to concentrate on the things that matter to you.
