We have also acted for funders on PPP/PFI projects. We have a particular expertise in regard to cross border lending involving the taking of security in the Republic of Ireland and England and Wales as well as Northern Ireland by reason of having lawyers with dual practicing certificates in Northern Ireland and England/Wales or Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
