Heidy Guerrero González is part of the firm since 2010.

She has taken part in numerous seminars, workshops and forums, both local and international on civil procedure, arbitration and consumers’ rights.

Heidy Guerrero has centered her practice on Dispute Resolution, including methods of Alternative Disputes Resolution such as Arbitration.

She has participated in important civil and commercial actions on contract default, medical liability, agency and representation, copyright, family rights, and unfair competition among others.

She has also taken part in domestic arbitrations by the Center for the Alternative Resolution of Disputes of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo.
