Alejandro is an attorney specialized on real estate, the structuring and financing of infrastructure and energy projects, government procurement, public-private partnerships, tax, finance and investment and related corporate matters, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, having represented financial institutions, governmental entities, state governments, national and multinational companies and private equity funds (from Mexico, United States and countries in Europe and Latin America) in a wide range of sectors including water projects, toll roads, oil and gas, renewable energy, social and cultural infrastructure. Alejandro has experience advising clients on international investment structures in Spain and Latin America, as well as operations of hedge funds and private equity entities. He also advises on financing structures and Mexican and Spanish investments abroad.
