Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa
Ricardo Paullada joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 1990. In 2001, he was promoted to partner. His professional practice focuses on tax consulting, advice and planning of alternatives at the domestic and international level that, within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, facilitate the generation of additional working capital for the operations of companies and the replenishment of invested capital, providing advice on complex issues related to restructuring, acquisitions and tax audit processes. He also provides tax advice and wealth planning to individuals and family offices, as well as handling of estate planning and the maximization of investments.
He has been a speaker at several forums in Mexico and abroad and is the author of various articles on tax matters. He has also taught several tax subjects at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
He functions as member of a Board of Directors, of an Advisory Committee, Vigilance Officer, Secretary of the Board and member of several committees of the following: Consorcio Empresarial Dimova (investments), Consorcio ARA SAB (housing and business), Grupo Pueblo Bonito (tourism), Grupo Diniz (entertainment), Grupo Von Haucke (office furniture), companies of Grupo Inditex in México, Hotel Villa Magna, Pontegadea and Grupo Cever.
Ricardo is also an active member of the board of trustees of several benevolent societies in Mexico and Spain.
