With 20 years of experience in the energy and business law sectors; he has developed his career in corporate, commercial, foreign trade, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, market law, support in his businesses, both large and consolidated, multinational companies and small enterprises that start their ventures. Similarly, we have dedicated a good part of their time to the energy consulting sector to important green project managers. In terms of mergers and acquisitions, he has led interdisciplinary groups that have carried out a large number of multiple jurisdictional transactions in recent years.
