He has led the Dispute Resolution team in Carson McDowell for over seven years and during that time the team has grown significantly. His practice areas include: Governance Risk and Compliance; Health and Safety; Intellectual Property; Dispute Resolution; Media, Communications and Reputation; Privacy Law; Public and Administrative Law; Procurement Law; and Professional Indemnity.

Declan is a Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution at Carson McDowell. He has worked at the firm since qualifying in 1995.
