Jaime provides comprehensive legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, with particular emphasis in investment and disinvestment projects. As a legal advisor, he has participated in some of the most important transactions in Colombia, including purchases and sales of companies, public offerings on the Colombian Stock Exchange, privatizations and the structuring and financing of oil, road and energy infrastructure projects. As opposed to what other firms have to offer, his background and extensive experience integrates all the relevant legal aspects of such projects into a single practice, including contractual, regulatory, corporate governance and antitrust law matters. This enables his clients to count on fast, efficient and integrated solutions of the legal issues concerning their investments.
