Gustavo Morales Oliver joined Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal in 2006. He specializes in advising international clients on Compliance & Investigations as well as in Corporate and M&A matters.

Before joining our firm, he worked as in-house counsel in both the private and public sectors, where he handled litigation, administrative proceedings and general business law.

Gustavo earned a law degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2001, a Specialist Degree in Finance from the Universidad de San Andrés in 2009 and a Master in Laws (LL.M.) degree at the University of Illinois College of Law in 2010. In the same year he earned experience as a foreign attorney at Yuasa and Hara Law Firm in Japan.

He has published numerous articles related to his expertise both locally and abroad. He is also a regular speaker at local and international events related to his field of practice.

Gustavo is also a Professor at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella College of Law where he teaches courses on compliance and transactional business law.

He is a member of the Bar of the City of Buenos Aires and the New York State Bar.
