His practice has focused on Labor and Social Security Law and he has specialized in providing advice to different types of businesses on labor law, be it mergers and acquisitions, employee transferal, restructuring of staff or termination agreements for key employees.
He has extensive experience in collective labor law and has participated actively in negotiating labor collective bargaining agreements with union bodies and in negotiating and solving collective conflicts while representing the firm’s clients.
From 1986 to 1990 he practiced in the Argentine National Judiciary and from 1991 he has specialized in labor law.
He has given many speeches, courses, dissertations and seminars on his specialization.
