Juan Pablo Rothschild joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2004 and was made partner in 2017. His area of expertise is Customs Law, Foreign Trade and Tax Law.
He advises local and international companies on customs and foreign trade in cross-border transactions. His goal is to streamline tax, customs, and logistics for the most efficient outcome.
He is also experienced in bringing cases against the Customs Authority, whether from an administrative standpoint or in the Federal Tax Court and ordinary courts of law.

He graduated law school from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1998, specializing in economic and business law. In 2002, he earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation at Boston University, USA.
He teaches at the undergraduate law program at Universidad San Andrés and is an active member of the Argentine Institute of Customs Studies and the Argentine Association of Tax Studies.
