He is assistant professor of Competition Law at the Post-Graduate Courses of Business and Economics Law of the Universidad Católica. In 1995 he was assistant professor of Economics at the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
He graduated as a lawyer at the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1994 and in 1997 he obtained a Master of Laws from the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA).
