Emilio is a partner of the area of Intellectual Property Firm, with extensive experience in Industrial Property and Copyrights matters both in Mexico and abroad.
It has successfully promoted litigation for the protection of Industrial Property rights procedures. He specializes in designing strategies to protect Intellectual Property rights such as inventions, trademarks and copyrights. It also provides advice on the preparation, negotiation and implementation of various instruments of Intellectual Property, such as technology transfer contracts, licensing and franchise models.
