Mr. Ríos has specialized in external legal risk audits and money laundering prevention in several Brokerage Houses, Banking Institutions, Mutual Funds Management Companies, Financial Corporations of Popular Credit and Multiple Purpose Corporations both Regulated and Non-Regulated, in fulfillment of their applicable regulations. 

As part of his services, Mr. Ríos has acted as compliance advisor for credit institutions and brokerage houses, including functions of compliance officer in matters of prevention of operation with illegal proceeds and terrorism financing. 

As for services of corporate governance, Mr. Ríos has acted as Secretary and Alternate Secretary of the Board of Directors of several companies, including brokerage corporations and financial entities.
