- Educated at University Dr Jose Matias Delgado, San Salvador (attorney at law, 1984). Joined the firm in 1993.
- Currently partner of the firm’s Litigation Division.
- INTA committee participation.
- Member of the Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI)
- Member and advisor of the Graphic Designer Association in El Salvador (CROMA) and a founding member of the IP Committee of the AmCham - El Salvador, and currently he is Chairman of such Committee.
- He is professor of Intellectual Property Rights and Civil Procedures Law, at several local Universities, as well a lecturer of Arbitration matters.
- He has also imparted seminars regarding Intellectual Property Rights in the CAFTA_DR: trademarks and copyrights.
- He has been designated by the Commission of Culture of the Honourable Supreme Court of Justice, as lecturer on topics of Intellectual Property and International Trade.
