Elsy is an Associate Attorney of our firm. She is currently the Manager of our Intellectual Property Department acting as coordinator. Among main functions are the coordination of pre-registration, registration and post-registration procedures; case studies, special cases, overcoming prohibitions, analysis of registration cases. She has managed to consolidate herself as an expert lawyer in this area.

She is trained by the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of El Salvador and has also received training on Alternative Media for Conflict Resolution, Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration. She holds diplomas on the New Code of Criminal Procedure and the New Code of Civil and Commercial Procedure.
