Francisco is Head of the Corporate Department of the firm and has worked with the firm since 2001.

His activities include registering foreign investment, corporate maintenance of companies, and formalization of contracts different types, coordination and realization of legal inventories. He advises clients in the operation of different areas of their business and assists them since the beginning. In recent years, Francisco has been involved in projects for the development of power plants using renewable resources or clean energy, both in terms of financing and development.

Francisco is dedicated to managing the next areas of practice: Tax Unit, Competition Unit, Public Contracting Unit, Commercial and Corporate Aviation Unit, Labor, Insurance and Financial Unit, Development and Financial projects of Energy, either being renewable or non-renewable and self-consumption. Furthermore, he advises companies on issues of compliance with the Law on Money Laundering and Assets, Distribution Contracts and Corporate Structures.
