Tomás Acosta joined the firm in 2008 and is partner seating in our corporate - M&A group ever since 2019. During 2012 and 2014 Tomás was seconded in our London office and he is currently serving out of PPU’s office at Santiago de Chile.

His practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions (both private and public), corporate restructuring and corporate governance . He also has wide experience in debt issuances, structured finance and project finance.

Tomás has developed a remarkable global practice. He has advised national and international private equity firms, industrial clients and financial entities in their investments and divestments across Europe and LatAm.
