Vast experience as a legal firm partner and business advisor in the areas of corporate, corporate, civil and commercial contracting, "M&A" and real estate matters.   

He also has extensive experience in civil litigation, arbitration and advising on insolvency and re-entrepreneurship matters.  
Professor of Commercial Law at Catholic University (1996-2005) and Commercial Law Professor at San Sebastián University (2015-2017).
