BROSETA advises firm StormHarbour on the purchase of Ahorro Corporación Financiera
StormHarbour has closed on the acquisition of Ahorro Corporación Financiera with the approval of the transaction by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
BROSETA has advised on this transaction, on behalf of the buying party.
The new company will have Antonio Fernandez as president and Gonzalo Chocano, Director of StormHarbour in Spain, as CEO.
The objective of Ahorro Corporación Financiera in this new era is to relaunch its services of investment banking and financial brokering in Spain for companies and financial institutions as an independent firm. To do this, it will maintain the catalogue of services offered and reinforce them with StormHarbour.
